If you are not completely happy with your Overtime Hearts calendar, you can ask for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. No forms, no questions, no restocking fee.
How to get a refund
- Email desay218@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply within 24 to 48 hours with the return address.
- Send the item back in its original packaging, ideally with tracking.
When you get your money
Once your return arrives, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Damaged or missing items
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost.
Shipping protection
Orders with Shipping Protection that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit are reshipped or refunded in full.
Not eligible
Returns made after 90 days, or items damaged through misuse.
